Brazen moment porch pirate steals iPad right out of FedEx worker's hands - before bolting off in a BMW

 

 

 

 

 

 The incident occurred in a suburb of Virginia outside of Richmond Thursday, while Jessica Saenz was working from her home on Bison Ford Drive. Speaking to several outlets this week, she recalled how the surprisingly bold incident of porch piracy unfolded - first with a frantic knocking on the door from the just-robbed delivery driver. Having interrupted her work meeting, the sound spurred Saenz to get up and answer the door - only to find out that the package the female FedEx worker was delivering, an iPad ordered by her husband, had only seconds ago been stolen. She checked her doorbell camera to investigate - and immediately saw how the brazen bandit ran up from behind the woman and snagged it right out of hands. With the suspect still at large, Saenz lamented the state of her small-town neighborhood.
